Baptism

Q: Why is there a tests to be baptized?
The early church baptized right away as soon as someone confesses Jesus as their lord & saviour
Acts 2:38-41
Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins...41 Those who accepted his message were baptized, and about three thousand were added to their number that day.

Acts 16:30-33
“Sirs, what must I do to be saved?” They replied, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved—you and your household.” Then they spoke the word of the Lord to him and to all the others in his house. At that hour of the night the jailer took them and washed their wounds; then immediately he and all his household were baptized.

Baptism Age:
It’s after a person has been baptized into the org that disfellowshipping can happen.

Q: Since a person can loose their family & social network when disfellowshiped, isn’t it a trap to baptize children who’s brains aren’t even developed?

"In the summer of 1946, I was baptized at the international convention in Cleveland, Ohio. Although I was only six years of age, I was determined to fulfill my dedication to Jehovah." Watchtower 1992 Mar 1 p.27

"BAPTIZED AT SEVEN. Paola, who lives in western Mexico, is being raised by her grandparents. Her grandmother began studying the Bible with Jehovah’s Witnesses when Paola was five years old. Paola listened in, and the truth took root in her young heart. Although her grandmother did not progress, Paola began to attend the meetings by herself. She would ask her grandparents to help her get dressed and to help her cross the street to get to the Kingdom Hall.
As soon as she learned to read and write, Paola enrolled in the Theocratic Ministry School and became a publisher. Because of her love for Jehovah, she got baptized at the age of seven. " Yearbook 2011 p.58

The baptism questions:

Q: Why are there no questions about sin? That’s the whole point of salvation & baptism…

Q: If “Armagedon” could be tomorrow, & people only survive Armagedon if they are a baptized JW, shouldn’t they be baptized right away?

(1) “Have you repented of your sins, dedicated yourself to Jehovah, and accepted his way of salvation through Jesus Christ?”

(2) “Do you understand that your baptism identifies you as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses in association with Jehovah’s organization?” JW baptism looks more like an initiation contract.

Q: They’ve inserted a corporation into salvation - how is that biblical?

This seems more like an initiation contract than biblical baptism.
Matthew 28:19 "Go therefore and make disciples of people of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the holy spirit".
