Memorial Questions

Does the watchtower not teach that Jesus is still alive? Why hold a memorial for someone who's alive? The word "memorial" is not in scripture Who raised Jesus from the dead? Acts 2:32 - the Father John 2:18 - 22 - Jesus Romans 8:11 - Holy Spirit Was Jesus raised in corporeal form or as a spirit?  Luke 24:39 - touch my flesh John 2:19-22 - raise my body Acts 17-31 - a man 1 Tim 2:5- the man JC  Why still do it if Jesus returned in 1914? 1 Cor 11:26 "... ELF Lesson 20 - GB

GB history:  January 1st 1976, authority shifted from the President to Governing Body members   Lesson 20:   " the Governing Bo dy gives direction to the global congregation.But these men are not the leaders of our organization."   v.s. Lesson 54 Q: where is the proof that Jesus appointed these men?  Q: if all rules (appearance, behaviour, disfellowshiping) come from the governing body, how can they claim that they don't lead the organization?  Q: does that mean that there is a secret, unknown leader above the governing body that makes all of the decisions? (where does all of the money go? Which lawyers will represent them in court?) Is the Governing Body the leaders & only mouthpiece / channel to God?
